Kids In Motion: We're Not Horsin' Around!
Join our Pediatric Physical Therapist, Miss Becca for Kids in Motion. Designed to allow kids to enjoy running while teaching them confidence, strength and agility in a supportive group setting. We want to allow kids to experience the highs and lows of running in a no-pressure environment. Weekly themes include:
Get My Body Moving: stretches, movement for time, walk/run
Strong is Fun: stations, running form drills
Fast & Slow, Up & Down: intervals and hills
Putting it All Together: endurance
We welcome kids ages 5-12yrs of all abilities. Children will need to bring running shoes, water bottle, and appropriate dress for the weather.
